How do I upgrade to Ovi Maps 3.03/3.04 from 3.0?
It’s free to upgrade from Ovi Maps 3.0: just download Ovi Maps 3.03/3.04 to your phone
- Choose your phone from the compatibility list
- Follow the installation instructions
Check your phone is compatible with Ovi Maps 3.03/3.04
For some phones, including the Nokia N97,you’ll be offered the Ovi Maps update through your phone’s Nokia Software Updater Application.
We recommend you update your phone’s software before you install Ovi Maps 3.03/3.04. If you have Nokia 5800 XpressMusic or Nokia N97 you will definitely need to do this first.
How to update your phone’s software:
- Install PC Suite or Ovi Suite and use the Nokia Software Updater Application
- Alternatively, you can update from your phone:
- enter *#0000#
- select Options > Check for Updates
Remember to back up your data before you update your phone’s software.
