Editing the activities settings

Your workout is based on a particular activity, such as walking, running, cycling or skiing. You can also add two of your own favourite activities. By selecting a particular activity from the Activities list, you can edit its properties such as average speed, speed/pace and autopause, making it easier for you to monitor progress


1. Select Settings > Activities to view the available activities

2. Select the activity from the list to edit its properties
